Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is currently assisting our world leader with HO in Winnipeg with staffing of a Senior Administrative Assistant in their HR department.

Pay and Perks: 

 

  • Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30 (flex start avail) 
  • $50-53,000 DOQ

Duties: 

 

  • First point of contact in HR Department
  • Supporting the HR team including scheduling and setting up training events, booking hotels, preparing training materials, ordering food for training, hotel and travel arrangements, scheduling interviews, printing resumes, 
  • Tracking of expenses
  • Assist with corporate events, learning and recruitment fairs (logistics of tradeshow booths and material)   

 Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience. 
  • Experience coordinating meetings and events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications this includes advanced EXCEL use and web based software.
  • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities/projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Professional and polished dress code
