Staffmax is assisting our client in finding the perfect fit for a Winnipeg brokerage.
- Full time, in-office role.
- Monday to Friday only
- $60-70k

Major Activities
- Manage the overarching goals, along with having involvement in the day-to-day activities of the Winnipeg Personal Lines Team.
- Work with and lead the Personal Lines Team towards success in raising new business numbers, policy retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Understand personal lines insurance products and services that meet client needs (i.e. homeowner’s, condominium, seasonal dwelling, tenant’s, etc.)
- Provide guidance and knowledge to Personal Lines Team Members on unique and challenging situations.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior Personal Lines Team Leader.
- Work together with Personal Lines Team Leader to offer career development, product knowledge, and support to rest of the team.
- Assist in creating and producing new habitational insurance policies when needed.
- Assist in completing policy reviews and annual renewals when needed. This can include completing new homeowner’s questionnaires, rebuilding cost evaluators, market searches, etc.
- Work together with Personal Lines Team Leader to create and implement work efficiencies and processes across the department.
- Work together with Personal Lines Team Leader to streamline and solidify new business processes.
- Be involved in annual planning meetings and budget goal setting.
- Work together with Key Auto Person to create a well-organized and positive Autopac environment.
- Work alongside our Broker Representatives to grow and build our relationships with our insurance companies.
- Be aware of advances in the insurance industry and be an active member in the industry.
- Be aware of new product offerings from both our markets and other insurance companies.
- Effectively communicate the appropriate information to your team in regards to new product offerings, rate changes, broker bulletins, etc.
- Be available as a Personal Lines resource to other Brokers in the organization.
- Create a positive customer experience by understanding and successfully executing Autopac transactions when needed.
- Create a positive customer experience by understanding and successfully executing Travel/Health Insurance transactions when needed (i.e. Blue Cross, Medi-Quote, etc.)
- Assist in necessary recruitment and hiring for Winnipeg Personal Lines Team.
