About the Opportunity

Staffmax is recruiting on behalf of a growing Winnipeg-based company in the HVAC and Building Controls industry. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Estimator to oversee projects from estimating through completion while working directly with ownership in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC and building controls projects from estimate to completion
• Prepare project estimates and proposals
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and field teams
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project profitability
• Build strong relationships with clients and contractors
• Resolve project issues and ensure successful project delivery
• Support business growth through exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management or Estimating within HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Controls
• Strong understanding of commercial construction projects
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver’s lisence

Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Controls is considered an asset.
