Responsibilities: As a Senior Property Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing the daily operations of our prestigious property. Your exciting responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the property team to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Providing strategic input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and market information.
  • Ensuring targeted revenues through effective rent rate management and timely financial transactions.
  • Approving invoices, reconciling work performed, and overseeing budget constraints.
  • Enforcing lease agreements, conducting inspections, and managing the eviction process.
  • Fostering resident satisfaction through prompt response to queries and addressing service issues.
  • Overseeing the maintenance team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Conducting regular property inspections and taking action to maintain safety, cleanliness, and overall appeal.
  • Actively participating in client/owner relationships through meetings, property tours, and timely updates.
  • Providing leadership by hiring, training, and managing team members according to company policies.
  • Conducting pricing reviews and implementing strategies to exceed market and ownership goals.
  • Involvement in local apartment associations to ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Real estate license, as required.
  • Five or more years of experience in residential community/property management or leadership.
  • Experience managing 400+ units across single or combined sites. Overseeing two neighboring Luxury buildings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Willingness to perform physical property inspections and be accessible 24/7 in emergencies.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
