Service Technician – G2 Gas Licensed
About the Company:
Join a dynamic team specializing in commercial baking equipment, offering top-notch service, installation, and maintenance solutions to industrial and retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls to repair ovens, proofers, and other baking equipment, including urgent field repairs.
- Utilize your G2 Gas Certification to ensure safe and efficient work.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Assist with the installation of industrial and retail baking systems.
- Program control systems, including BDS, MUCS, CS, and TC models.
- Configure and program frequency converters for plant equipment.
- Perform routine service and maintenance contracts to ensure customer equipment operates at peak efficiency.
- Promote and sell spare parts to customers for ongoing equipment maintenance.
- Conduct in-shop repairs on stock and customer ovens.
- Package spare parts for shipment to customers.
Qualifications:
- Valid G2 Gas License.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
- Experience with control systems and frequency converters is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
