Shipper/Receiver (Bilingual Spanish/English)-Forklift Certified

Position: Warehouse Associate (Spanish-Speaking)
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Warehouse Associate to support pick-and-pack operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a counterbalance forklift and handling large or bulk shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, parts, and products

• Process purchasing transactions and coordinate transportation, dispatching, and scheduling

• Plan and organize logistics operations, including scheduling, issue resolution, and report preparation

• Conduct product inspections following established procedures

• Package and label private label products accurately

• Monitor and manage inventory levels; requisition supplies as needed

• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and report incidents promptly

• Verify, allocate, and process customer orders accurately

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency preferred)

• Valid forklift license (Counterbalance required)

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs

• Strong reading and comprehension skills for safety guidelines and operational manuals

• Ability to write basic reports and correspondence

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Education & Experience

• Completion of Secondary School

• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving warehouse environment
