Project Duration: March 23 – May 17, 2026
Staffing: 1–2 personnel
Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour

Scope of Work:

  • Demolition of existing structures as needed

  • Installation of Acoustic Ceiling Tiles (ACT)

  • Metal framing for walls and partitions

  • Drywall installation and taping

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in demolition, drywall, metal framing, and ACT installation

  • Ability to read and follow construction plans and instructions

  • Attention to detail and quality workmanship

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work safely on-site

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team

    PPE Required: Hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, high-visibility vest, gloves, hearing protection, dust mask/respirator
