We are currently recruiting for a Skin Care Specialist to join our client’s team. This is a Permanent and fulltime position.
Location: Etobicoke
Days: Monday- Friday
Pay Rate: $ 15/- per hour + Commission
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- · Evaluating a customer's skin condition and offering recommendations for treatments
- · Performing facials which include exfoliation, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other skin refinements
- · Ability to maintain client/patient confidentiality
- · Recommending skincare products to customers, including lotions, facial washes, and moisturizers
- · Waxing or plucking unwanted hair
- · Maintaining the beauty and skincare tools
Skills and Qualifications
- · Extensive knowledge of skincare techniques
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a talent for making people feel comfortable and better about themselves
- · Strong time management abilities
- · Ability to recommend and sell products
- · Experience in a previous sales role or experience with sales of products/services
- · Skincare/Aesthetics Certification from a recognized institution / accredited program (Proof of Diploma required)
