Staffmax Staffing is working with our rapidly progressive clients in the Travel industry to hire an experienced Social Media Manager for their Thornhill, ON location.

Responsibilities:
As a social media manager, you'll need to:
? Write Engaging copy
? Create original content - Visuals
? Provide data analysis and metric reporting for ad campaigns
? Develop creative and engaging social media strategies in sync with the company’s marketing strategies
? Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
? Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Planoly, Later, Facebook business manager, or any other scheduling app.
? Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
? Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
? Analyze competitor activity
? Assist the Marketing Manager in various aspects of marketing

Qualifications:
? Strong copywriting and editing skills are suitable for each platform
? A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
? Excellent team working, collaboration, and networking skills
? Organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
? Experience with Ad Campaign Manager and Lead Generation Campaign is a must
? The ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
? An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
? Proficiency in many social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Tiktok)
? Must have Skills- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design, Canva
