We are hiring for social media specialist in Mississauga. This is a part time permanent position.
Shift: 25-30 hr/ week
Term: Part time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $23 -$24/hr
Location: Mississauga, ON
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow brand presence on all social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Provide creative design for various company campaigns including project branding, website creation, email campaign collateral, and marketing materials
- Manage the setup, creation, and scheduling of social content (static, animation, video, etc.)
- Engage with and responds to visitors across all social platforms
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
- Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt current process to fit client needs
- Review and approve content daily.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong writing skills with understanding of brand messaging and tone
- A self-starter who works well independently as well as collaboratively within a team
