Wage: 17/hour
Shifts : Hours required Sunday - Thursday 6:00am to 11:00pm
                                     Friday - Saturday 6:00am to 2:00am
                                    Long weekends 6:00am to 2:00am
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Basic Breakfast Items: Cook eggs, bacon, and other breakfast items to order, ensuring high quality and presentation.
  • Grill and Fry: Prepare burgers, fries, and other grill items according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and notify the kitchen manager of any shortages or needs.
  • Customer Service: Interact with hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to cook a variety of breakfast items and basic grill items.
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have food serving certificate
