Buenos Dias! Our Downtown Bay Street client is seeking a Intermediate to fluent Spanish speaking Office Manager/Executive Assistant for their small office. Dealing with head office in Chile this role will use your skills, initiative and drive to help out and become the permanent employee. 

This role to start will run the office move. They will need to purchase equipment, desks and internet for the new location. Then, after the move in Early January you will become the Office Manager/Executive Assistant booking travel, overflow paperwork, projects, schedule meetings, expenses etc. 

Hourly rate $30-35 hour DOQ
Full time, in - office with occasional work from home days
