Sr. HVAC Service Technician

Staffmax Staffing is assisting one of our valued clients to hire a Sr. HVAC Service Technician to join their ever-growing customer base in Maple Ridge, BC and surroundings.
Qualifications:

• Must meet at least one of the required fields - Level 1 or 2 Refrigeration or Gas fitter B or minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
• Must have demonstrated a strong of technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
• Must have a Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:

• HVAC maintenance and repairs for residential customers - ACs and Furnaces
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.
• Adhere to all safety rules.
• Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
• Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
• Promote the company's products and services on every call.
• Wear Company provided uniform.

Compensations/Benefits:

• $32-$35/hour
• Full Benefits

Hours:

• 8AM-4:30PM (flexible)
• Monday-Friday (flexible)
