Salary: $48,000 – $52,000 + Bonus
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at a high-traffic Tim Hortons This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, operational excellence, and building a strong store culture.
Compensation & Benefits
- $48,000 – $52,000 annual salary
- Up to 10% performance bonus

Schedule
- 45 hours per week (5 days/week)
- Weekend availability required (especially Fridays & Saturdays)
- Flexible scheduling based on store needs (current schedule includes Sunday/Monday off)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced environment
- Lead, train, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Drive store performance, sales, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards
- Build a positive, supportive team culture
Requirements
- MUST have fast food store management experience
- Strong leadership experience in a high-volume environment
- Stable work history (no frequent job changes preferred)
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Hands-on, supportive leadership style (team-focused mindset)
- If on a work permit: minimum 3 years validity remaining
