Job Overview

Staffmax is currently hiring an experienced Store Manager for our client’s location at Sage Creek. We are seeking a strong leader with at least two years of Store Manager experience, preferably in the quick-service restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, lead and develop team members, manage store performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Ensure excellent customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and efficient service.

• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and supervise employees and supervisors.

• Build a positive, productive, and customer-focused team environment.

• Monitor sales, labour costs, inventory, ordering, and waste management.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, workplace safety, and company policies.

• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve operational issues.

• Review store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Communicate regularly with ownership and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Store Manager position.

• Experience in quick-service restaurants, food service, or hospitality is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing staff schedules, inventory, labour costs, and store performance.

• Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and motivate a team.

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
