Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in demand planning, replenishment, and supply chain operations, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting. This role will involve managing master data, supporting system integrations, and developing solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
Location: Cochrane Drive Markham, ON Pay Rate:$25/hr Start date: Asap Contract: 6 months Key Responsibilities: Demand Planning & Replenishment: Manage and optimize the demand planning and replenishment process, ensuring the right inventory levels are maintained. Import, Customs, Logistics & Supplier Management (Bonus):Assist in coordinating imports, managing customs compliance, handling logistics, and working with suppliers to streamline processes. Software/ERP Systems: Utilize and manage various software programs and ERP systems. Familiarity with [list of relevant software/ERP systems] is required. Please include a detailed list of software and your proficiency level in each. Master Data & Systems Integration: Maintain master data and ensure seamless integration between different systems and data flows. Understand how data is maintained and how different systems work together. Advanced MS Office/365 Skills:Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel. You should be capable of performing detailed data analysis using advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and other Excel functions. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and resolve complex issues. Provide concrete examples from previous roles where your analytical and problem-solving skills were pivotal. Reporting Development & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize reports related to supply chain performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics. Qualifications: Proven experience in supply chain management, demand planning, and replenishment. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and software applications used in supply chain management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/365, with detailed Excel capabilities. Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems with concrete examples. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with imports, customs, logistics, and supplier management. Knowledge of supply chain-related software or platforms.
