Wage and Perks:
- $85-103,000 DOQ

Hours: 8:-4:30 pm flex start/end time available
Responsibilities and Duties:
Working on-site and in clients manufacturing/production facilities you will be working on the following:
- PLC/HMI (Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Omron, and Schneider) programming and modifications of programs and devices
- SCADA system programming
- SQL server setup
- PC configuration and OS loading/configuration
- Project management of upgrades/new installations
- Growth of the “Data Management” division
- Analyze, troubleshoot, replace and install electrical DC controls and AC controls
- Suggest, design and upgrade existing equipment controls
- Develop, create and keep current all electrical documentation, including BOM generation and ordering
- Ethernet I/O troubleshooting and setup
- Equipment electrical safety control installation, repair and troubleshooting
Onsite:
- Electrical installations consisting of commercial/industrial wiring & controls
- Assembly of electrical control systems, including wiring, installation and testing of various systems
- Shop work and planning
- On-machine wiring & terminations of custom-built machines
Customer service calls (troubleshooting):
- Organizing, ordering & arranging materials for site installations
- Follow and comply with all safety standards including LOTO
- Some travel and after-hours support will be requested
