Technical Support Executive

$80000 to $90000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Brampton, ON

  • Must be proficient in troubleshooting Java Server side & Angular Frontend applications
  • Must have good knowledge on RHEL Operating system's fundamentals
  • Must have hands on knowledge on Azure(AKS) & AWS (EKS) infra maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Must have good knowledge on CICD pipeline management, secret management and deployment lifecycle.
  • Must have hands on knowledge on Dynatrace, ELK , Splunk and Datadog
  • Have to build dynamic dashboards on Dynatrace to enable proactive monitoring.
  • Must have good understanding on Commerce Tool Catalog Services
  • Nice to have good understanding on Kafka topics
  • Willingness to adapt to constant evolution of work culture.
  • Willingness to exhibit Versatility in tools and technologies of trade.
  • Willingness to work in On-call rotations and shifts
  • Good understanding of telecom BSS journey on ecommerce platform.
