Accounts Payable Clerk

• Location: 404-1 Wesley Ave
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
• Hours: 7.25 hours/day

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and code expenses to the appropriate general ledger account.
• Enter invoices and financial information into S4 Hana or the Child Maintenance System.
• Ensure accurate coding by unit area and expense type.

Requirements:

• Experience with S4 Hana or another accounting system.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
