Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Clerk to assist our team with clerical and administrative tasks during a peak period. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing increased workloads by performing accurate data entry and utilizing various Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across internal systems
Support document management using SharePoint and Adobe Pro
Draft, format, and organize correspondence and reports
Assist with scheduling and email communication through Outlook
Maintain filing systems and perform general administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Pro
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
