Job Title: Construction Laborer / Drywall & Metal Framing Specialist
Location: 20 Lynch St, Brampton, ON
Project Duration: April 3 – May 3, 2026
Number of Staff Required: 1
Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Hours of Operation: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Perform demolition of designated areas safely and efficiently.

Install metal framing structures according to project specifications.

Hang drywall on ceilings and walls, ensuring accurate alignment and fit.

Apply drywall tape and compound to joints for a smooth finish.

Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Coordinate with other construction team members as required.
Requirements / Qualifications:

Previous experience in demolition, metal framing, and drywall installation.

Knowledge of proper drywall taping and finishing techniques.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physically fit to handle lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Familiarity with construction site safety standards.
