Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Hours of Operation: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Scope of Work:

Demolition of existing structures as needed

Installation of Acoustic Ceiling Tiles (ACT)

Metal framing for walls and partitions

Drywall installation and taping

Lead install (training provided)

Lead window installation

Self-leveling floor installation
Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in demolition, drywall, metal framing, and ACT installation

Ability to read and follow construction plans and instructions

Attention to detail and quality workmanship

Strong work ethic and ability to work safely on-site

Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
PPE Required: Hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, gloves, high-visibility vest, dust mask/respirator
