Key Responsibilities 
Member Partnerships (45%)
 
? Coordinate and implement member recruitment, onboarding, renewal, and retention strategies. 
? Maintain and manage the member database, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and regular updates. 
? Facilitate meaningful and ongoing member engagement through surveys, meetings, and needs assessments. 
? Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries and issue resolution. 
? Collaborate on and support the development of targeted member communications including newsletters, updates, and campaigns. 
? Track engagement metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategy. 
? Work with leadership to align member services with the needs of inter professional primary care teams, including administrative and clinical staff. 

Program Excellence (35%) 
? Coordinate educational events (webinars, workshops, peer learning) that respond to member-identified needs. 
? Support the planning and execution of the annual conference, from logistics and promotion to speaker coordination and post-event evaluation. 
? Help deliver flagship capacity-building programs, including the Governance and Leadership Program focused on enhancing governance, business operations, and leadership competencies within member organizations. 
? Apply knowledge translation and implementation support principles to design and adapt programming for accessibility, equity, and impact. 
? Support program evaluation and continuous improvement activities. 
 
Operations and Digital Tools Management (20%) 
? Maintain and regularly update content on the organization’s website, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with member and program priorities. 
? Oversee the functionality and relevance of the members-only section, curating and organizing educational content, tools, and resources to support knowledge sharing and easy access for members. 
? Support the integration and effective use of digital platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, learning management systems) to optimize engagement, outreach, and service delivery. 
? Ensure file management practices follow organizational protocols and best practices, including structured storage, version control, and secure access. 
? Uphold security, privacy, and accessibility standards across all digital systems in alignment with organizational policies and relevant legislation (e.g., PHIPA). 
? Collaborate with communications and IT support to enhance user experience, troubleshoot issues, and maintain continuous improvement of digital platforms and assets. 
? Monitor usage analytics and member feedback to recommend improvements and ensure systems meet user needs efficiently and effectively.

? Event and Program Coordination: Proven experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality educational or engagement events. 
? Data and Systems Management: Competent in using CRM systems, survey platforms, and analytics tools to manage information and assess impact. 
? Equity-Informed Practice: Deep commitment to health equity, inclusion, and team-based care in primary care settings. 
? Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect day-to-day activities with the organization’s broader mission and vision. 

Qualifications 
? Post-secondary education in public health, health administration, adult education, community engagement, communication/marketing/events, or a related field. 
? 3–5 years of experience in a membership-based, nonprofit, or healthcare organization. 
? Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement and program coordination. 
? Knowledge of Ontario’s primary care landscape and inter professional models of care is a strong asset. 
? Strong Project Management skills 
? Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. 

Working Conditions 
? Flexible work environment with options for hybrid arrangements. 
? Occasional travel within Ontario may be required for events and member outreach. 
? Evening or weekend availability may be needed occasionally for conferences or special programming.
