We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to assist our client at the RBC Convention Centre in Winnipeg. This temporary assignment requires proactive individuals with excellent communication skills who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Winnipeg RBC Convention Centre
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Date Required: September 24, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with registration systems.
  • Greet and assist guests, provide information, and ensure a positive experience throughout the event.
  • Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to event schedules.
  • Assist with loading in/out of the event and monitor guests to ensure equipment is used properly and everyone is having a good time.
  • Previous experience in event coordination is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a positive attitude.
  • Friendly and outgoing demeanor is essential!

Event Uniform: Black attire – Black shirts and black pants.

Requirements:

  • Clean-cut, professional appearance and demeanor.
  • No visible tattoos (must be covered), no facial tattoos.
  • No long or dirty fingernails, limited jewelry.
  • Hair must be pulled up if long.
  • Good personal hygiene.
