HR Administrator:

We are seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to provide support to to one of our clients in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate will involve assisting with various HR tasks and projects, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations

Start date: Tuesday, January 14
Length of term: 2 weeks (January 14-January 29), covering vacation leave
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm (30 min unpaid lunch, two 15 min paid breaks)
Location: Saulteaux Cres, Winnipeg, MB R3J 3T3 (Please note we have free, scramble parking. Bus service is limited at our location)
Wage: $22/hour
Dress Code: Business Casual
Training: will be provided on site approx. 1 day with current incumbent (January 14).

Skills & Abilities:
  • Good communication skills in English; speaking, writing & reading.
  • General administration and customer service skills.
  • Average computer skills; email, word, excel, HRIS.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information.
  • Respond to employee inquiries.
Please note we have free, scramble parking. Bus service is limited at our location. This will be an onsite job and they will be sitting in a reception type setting.
