About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HS Coding Specialist with hands-on experience in Harmonized System (HS) coding and ERP systems. The successful candidate will classify products accurately and maintain HS codes within the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and maintain accurate HS codes for products.
- Enter and update HS codes in the ERP system.
- Review product data and ensure accurate classification.
- Support customs, tariff, and import/export compliance requirements.
- Research and resolve HS coding discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Trade Compliance teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on HS Coding experience.
- Experience maintaining HS codes in an ERP system is required.
- Knowledge of customs, tariffs, and import/export processes.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
