Role: Maintenance Support
Location: 88 Bathurst, Toronto
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call: Required every other weekend
Wage: $30–$40 per hour
Duration: Short-term (expected to last more than one month).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic repairs (e.g., light fixtures, door hardware, plumbing, painting)

  • Support suite turnovers, move-ins/outs, and general maintenance tasks

  • Help with preventive maintenance (e.g., filter changes, equipment checks)

  • Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally

  • Maintain tools, supply inventory, and keep work areas clean
