We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Admin Assistant to manage our client's front desk and provide administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Pay Rate:$20/hr
Hours of Operation:8:30am to 5pm
Contract: Ongoing

Job Description:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
