Tenant Services Coordinator
Location: Yonge Street, Toronto (Full-Time, In-Office)
Salary: $50,000–$56,000 annually

We are seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys supporting a dynamic team through exceptional administrative work. Based in a busy commercial property management office, this role is the front-line liaison for tenants, handling inquiries and providing outstanding service with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Administration

Maintain accurate records and update property management systems (e.g., Yardi).

Input and manage work orders through AngusAnywhere.

Process monthly tenant billings, purchase orders, and work permits.

Support the planning and execution of tenant events and initiatives.

Manage event calendars, assist in creating tenant welcome packages, and handle ad-hoc projects.

Assist with Tenant Satisfaction Surveys and reporting.

Maintain organized filing systems and archives.

Oversee day-to-day management office operations including supplies, copiers, couriers, and associated budgets.
Communication & Customer Service

Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, staff, and contractors, maintaining open and effective communication.

Respond to all incoming calls and email inquiries promptly and professionally.

Manage and distribute Tenant Advisory Notices and other communications.

Collaborate closely with site staff and various internal teams to ensure tenant needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; administrative experience preferred.

Strong passion for customer service with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex situations.

Interest in commercial property management is an asset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

High level of professionalism and ability to interact with business tenants.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Post-secondary education preferred.
