Baseball Club is seeking a motivated and energetic Ticket Sales Representative to focus on selling Single Game Tickets, ticket packages (Season Tickets, Mini Packs, High Five Digital Vouchers), and Group Tickets (Groups, Patios, Skysuites).

Salary: $38,000+ incentives

Position Overview
As a Ticket Sales Representative for the club, you will play a key role in driving revenue and creating a memorable fan experience. Your primary responsibility will be to sell and promote various ticket packages, including group outings and single-game tickets, while providing exceptional customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Sell and service Season Ticket accounts and 10-game Mini Pack plans by proactively reaching out to prospective and existing fans, identifying needs, presenting package options, and closing sales to meet revenue goals.
- Surpass defined targets by closing sales for Group Ticket packages and hospitality areas, including Picnic Park Rentals, Patio Rentals, and Skysuite Rentals.
- Establish and maintain a pipeline of viable group prospects for current and future seasons.
- Make 30+ daily calls (cold calls, warm leads, and callbacks) using supplied contact lists, including local businesses, individuals, youth sports teams, church groups, and social groups.
- Maintain accurate reporting of call outcomes and ensure proper list and CRM organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with group leaders by providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including post-sale follow-up.
- Understand client goals for group events and tailor solutions to meet their needs at the ballpark.
- Assist in ballpark ticket operations, including processing renewals and new purchases via phone, email, and in-person.
- Support administrative duties in the Ticket Office, including ticket printing, walk-in sales, packaging group ticket and merchandise orders, and processing payments for various ticket products and rentals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound sales.
- Group and B2B sales experience (sports industry experience considered an asset).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management and territory management abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and Tixr considered an asset (training provided).
- Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
