Travel Agent B2B Sales

Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is assisting our Travel Agency client to fill 2 remote Sales roles.

This position is unique, you can work on a beach, in Greece, or anywhere!

Duties: Calling Businesses, education facilities, etc. to book group or individual travel. Simple!

Commission paid when the travel (flights, hotels and vacation packages) is completed. Typical Sales person earns $2-5,000 a month after training. (Example: One large school trip of 100 students earned top commission shown here)

B2B Marketing (Sales) Manager:

By establishing positive and lasting relationships with clients, utilizing state-of-the-art technology, you will be responsible for the following:

· Planning, developing and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive other Travel agencies, Cooperation companies and community centers

· Corresponding or visiting the companies to promote services

· Working closely with the Management team regarding various link-building activities.

· Designing artwork for various marketing-related campaigns and activities.

· Regular training of marketing team members

· Creating marketing success reports and sharing them with the stakeholders

· Planning and executing email campaigns to drive engagements

· Communicating and negotiating with marketing vendors

· Researching trends and new marketing opportunities and brainstorming ideas

· Analyzing customer feedback and campaign performance

Qualifications

· A solid 7+ years of experience in Travel Industry preferrable B2B

· A solid understanding of the use of a range of marketing platforms, particularly concerning advertising/branding and customers

· Excellent team working, collaboration, and networking skills

· Organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects

· The ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines

· An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately

This job is commission-based, with a 40% gross commission on sales.
