Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the parts department
- Manage and maintain parts inventory
- Work closely with service manager and sales team
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Lead the parts team
- Employee productivity
- Customer satisfaction
- Continuously looking to grow and improve the department
- Employee performance reviews
Qualifications & Experience:
- Great communicator with strong customer service and telephone skills
- Minimum 5 years in a parts role, management position an asset
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Superior problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Strong Microsoft office knowledge
- Team player, self-motivated and dependable
