Ushers - June 6th to 9th

Staffmax is assisting our client in Winnipeg, Mb, specifically at Chancellors Cir, for the duration of June 6th to 9th. We will be providing 10-12 ushers during this period.

Given the space and capacity, it is necessary to have 25 ushers present at each of the ceremonies. Typically, we expect approximately 2500 guests at each ceremony. There are a total of 7 ceremonies scheduled for June, and each ceremony will last around 2 hours. Here are the specific dates and starting times:

June 6, starting at 9:30 AM
June 6, starting at 3:00 PM
June 7, starting at 9:30 AM
June 7, starting at 3:00 PM
June 8, starting at 9:30 AM
June 8, starting at 3:00 PM
June 9, starting at 9:30 AM

For each ceremony, ushers are required to be present 1 hour before the scheduled start time and stay an additional 30 minutes after the ceremony ends.

The wage for ushers during these ceremonies is set at $17.00 per hour.

As part of our preparations, we will be collecting the shirt sizes from all workers since the event will be providing shirts for everyone.
