VAR Leader/Manager
$ 140,000 - $ 225,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Benefits
Vaughan, ON /Remote

The VAR Leader/Manager will lead the development and execution of the corporate strategy to deliver maximum revenue for new prospects and existing customers in the IT channel. The focused markets segments are SI(System Integrator), MSP(Managed Service Provider), VAR(Value-added reseller), DMR(Direct market reseller, such as CDW, Insight, etc.), and tier 2/3 ISP(Internet Service Provider) markets.

Manage/mentor the sales team. Including, but limited to managing the team's day-to-day activities, motivating the team to achieve organizational goals, and contact training of the team members to maximize their potential.
 • Responsible for the revenue/growth of the majority of our channel partners, including SI, MSP, VAR, DMR (such as CDW, Insight, etc.), and small ISP (less than 30,000 subscribers).
 • Execute day-to-day sales activities with the corporate strategy while focusing on delivering short-term sales targets.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
. • Build relationships with targeted Reseller teams to develop incremental sales opportunities & joint solution-driven go-to-market plans that drive profitable revenue growth for the Reseller.
 • Participate the conference and industry-related events to build brand awareness among partners and further develop the opportunities to secure new business.
• Work closely with the marketing department to deliver events/programs/campaigns that create interest and awareness among partners’ customers.
 • Manage and develop partner pipelines, maintain forecast accuracy, and achieve/exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Provide and conduct training programs to ensure our Value Added Resellers are qualified and knowledgeable to sell related products.
• Serve as liaison between partner and internal teams, providing single-point-of-contact for the partner relationship.


• Must have at least 10 years of experience in the same industry
• Excellent teamwork with the whole team (including leadership, engineers, marketing, product, distribution, logistics, and finance team);
• Managing, motivating, coaching, and helping the sales team develop incremental businesses with targeted accounts/verticals.
 • Identifying new opportunities in existing and prospective accounts;
 • Building and implementing strategies to deliver short-term and mid-term targets.
 • Proven interpersonal skills, analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
