Verification Professional- Customer Service

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Verification Professional. This role offers a unique opportunity to start your career with a supportive team and a chance to work from home after an initial period in our downtown office.

Position Details:

• Location: In office- Downtown
• Hours: Flexible schedules to accommodate students and various personal commitments.
  • Standard: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM
  • Saturdays are makeup days.
  • Closed on Sundays.
• Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify information through phone calls.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable taking calls and speaking with people all day.
• Basic tech skills: typing, sending documents, and emails.
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• The ability to sit at a desk and make calls for extended periods.
• A friendly and engaging personality.
