Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is assisting our client in hiring a Vice President in charge of leading a team, growing the business and building a strong client and customer base.
We seek a driven, results-oriented Vice President with deep industry expertise and a history of exceeding revenue targets within rental equipment/vehicles, agricultural equipment, heavy-duty vehicles, or dealer sales. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, a track record of market expansion, and the ability to lead a top-tier sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and execute high-impact sales strategies that drive profitability and market dominance.
- Establish ambitious revenue goals, ensuring alignment with evolving industry landscapes
- Build and nurture relationships with key buyers, sellers, and industry stakeholders to enhance sales opportunities and business growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine pricing models, optimize sales execution, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Inspire, mentor, and scale a results-oriented sales force, fostering a culture of high performance and customer focus.
- Identify and execute new business opportunities and leverage strategic partnerships
- Elevate the company’s industry standing through innovative sales initiatives
- Hiring and recruiting a go-to team as needed and required
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 5 years in senior sales or executive leadership
- Extensive experience in sales leadership within relevant industries (rental, agricultural equipment, heavy-duty vehicles or dealer sales)
- Proven success in P&L management, strategic growth initiatives, and high-impact sales execution
