Role Descriptions

Waitstaff (Buffet)

• Understand menu items, ingredients, and allergy information for riders

• Serve food from buffet lines or provide pre-packed meals

• Maintain food safety standards

• Communicate effectively with riders, runners, and kitchen staff

• Clean and stay organized throughout the shift

• Replenish food and disposable supplies as needed

Waitstaff (Beverage Tent)

• Brew and serve coffee and hot water using large banquet-style brewers

• Refill and display condiments

• Maintain cleanliness by managing waste and garbage promptly

---

Waitstaff (Runner)

• Support buffet and beverage tents with restocking and item retrieval

• Run between food/beverage tents and kitchen/bar areas

• Stay proactive during downtime by cleaning, reorganizing, or assisting with staff breaks
