Location: Winnipeg, MB (near IKEA on Kenaston)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr
Position Overview
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor or Lead Hand, the Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the safe and accurate movement of freight. This position involves both inbound and outbound warehouse activities and requires regular use of powered material handling equipment and RF scanning technology.
Key Responsibilities

Receive inbound shipments while ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper documentation

Identify, record, and report any inventory discrepancies or damages

Pick orders accurately and efficiently to meet operational targets

Operate material handling equipment safely, including sit-down counterbalance forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and walkie riders

Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues

Complete paperwork clearly and correctly

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
-
High school diploma or GED equivalent
-
Previous warehouse experience
-
Forklift and/or reach truck experience is considered an asset

Valid TDG and WHMIS training
-
Experience using RF scanners

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Legally eligible to work in Canada

Currently residing in Winnipeg
