Position Title: Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver

About the Opportunity:
Staffmax is hiring on behalf of one of its clients in Winnipeg for a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver role. Our client is committed to delivering best-in-class service, supported by strong employee expertise, professionalism, and a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
This is a permanent opportunity combining warehouse operations, order picking, and local deliveries using a company vehicle (Class 5, half-ton truck).
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload products safely in the warehouse and delivery vehicle
- Complete local deliveries and drop-offs using a company-issued half-ton truck
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and job sites
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and deliveries
- Support general warehouse operations including organizing stock and maintaining cleanliness
- Follow all safety procedures while handling and transporting materials
Required Competencies:
- Must be computer literate (basic systems for order entry, tracking, and inventory)
- Experience with order picking and warehouse operations considered an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract (required)
- Comfortable driving a company half-ton truck for deliveries
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
