Staffmax is currently recruiting for a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator in Quebec City, QC.

Employment Type - Full-Time

 Schedule -  Monday to Saturday (flexibility required for occasional extended shifts)

Salary$40,000 – $55,000 annually, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound shipments and verify products against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
  • Accurately scan, track, and maintain inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare inventory reports and complete administrative documentation using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
  • Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery according to scheduled routes.
  • Receive, sort, store, and dispatch incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and stackers.
  • Secure products for transportation using appropriate handling and packaging procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following company safety standards.
  • Support warehouse operations by assisting drivers, resolving inventory-related issues, and responding to operational inquiries.
  • Complete freight documentation, inventory investigations, and other warehouse administrative duties as required.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, or logistics.
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or inventory management software.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience processing inbound and outbound inventory with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience operating pallet jacks, stackers, or similar warehouse equipment is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and proper material handling techniques.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
  • Dependable, professional, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, including occasional extended shifts.
