Warehouse Labourer- Daytime

Staffmax is looking for warehouse workers for an on-going position. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to the efficient and accurate storage and handling of our products while providing high-quality service to our customers.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Wage: $15.00-17.00 per hour
Start Date: TBD

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse associates play a crucial role in our warehouse/distribution center operations. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to the efficient and accurate storage and handling of our products while providing high-quality service to our customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Order picking, packing, and wrapping skids in a timely and accurate manner.
• Lifting may be involved, up to 25-50 lbs, as part of the job requirements.
• Working safely and productively within the warehouse environment, following company procedures and policies.
• Ensuring compliance with company safety policies and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.
• Collaborating effectively with other warehouse associates to achieve common goals.
• Maintaining the facility in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion.
• Assisting with additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as part of the job requirements.
• Steel-toed boots are required to ensure safety in the warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work the designated shift and occasionally work overtime when needed.
