Staffmax is assisting their prestigious client dealing with residential and commercial flooring projects with a Warehouse Manager.
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of their warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Maintain stock in an organized fashion, optimizing warehouse space.
General Forklift skills – Must have!
Oversees co-workers while providing Hands-On leadership with time management, customer service, filling orders, loading and unloading of shipments, and general warehouse cleanup.
Familiar with creating Bill of Ladings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Several years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
