Company Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing eCommerce business specializing in consumer CO2 sales, refills, and logistics. As part of their expansion, they are establishing their first Canadian fulfillment warehouse to enhance order processing and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and family-oriented company as the first Canadian team member and play a key role in building the brand in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Organize and manage inventory, including regular stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Fulfillment Software and Computer Skills:

  • Use fulfillment software (e.g., ShipStation, Shopify) to process and track orders.
  • Print shipping labels and generate necessary shipping documents.
  • Troubleshoot basic software issues and collaborate with support teams as needed.
  • Ensure accurate data entry for inventory and shipping information.

Logistics and Communication:

  • Coordinate with carriers to schedule timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Monitor shipping statuses and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory levels, discrepancies, and warehouse needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or order fulfillment is required.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with fulfillment software such as ShipStation or Shopify.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Other Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
