Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Opportunity:
Staffmax is currently hiring 2 Warehouse Operators (General Labourers) for our client, a leading agricultural chemical distribution company. This is a short-term contract supporting the setup of a brand-new warehouse, with strong potential for extension and future full-time opportunities once operations are fully up and running.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with initial warehouse setup and organization

Paint floor lines and complete basic facility preparation tasks

Perform caulking, filling holes, and general maintenance duties

Move and organize product using pallet jacks (as operations progress)

Support general labour tasks as required to prepare the warehouse for opening

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Follow all health and safety guidelines, especially when working around industrial materials
Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous warehouse or general labour experience preferred

Forklift experience is considered an asset (not required)

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Strong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed

Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude

Must have steel-toed safety boots (all other PPE will be provided)
