Warehouse Order Picker (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Winnipeg Distribution Centre
We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Workers / Order Pickers to join our team at our Winnipeg Distribution Centre. This is a full-time, permanent, unionized position offering competitive wages, shift premiums, and scheduled increases in accordance with the collective agreement.

Key Responsibilities
-
Prepare customer orders by picking, packing, wrapping, and labeling products

Operate an electric pallet jack to move and organize inventory safely and efficiently

Sort empty cans and bottles and operate can-crushing equipment

Maintain high service quality by following company standards

Adhere to all health, safety, and operational procedures

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent considered an asset

Must be 18 years of age or older

Experience operating an electric pallet jack is required

Previous warehouse or operations experience is an asset

Ability to lift 40 lbs or more continuously

Capable of standing and walking for the majority of the shift

Strong reliability and dependability

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
