Warehouse
• Responsible for Inspection of incoming deliveries for damage and piece counts. To oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries. • Responsible for Receiving of inventory for sales orders and stores, completing receiving inspection of goods, reconciling to packing slips and purchase orders. • Responsible for picking, packing, and shipping of sales orders. • Oversees and manage order queues/status in BOSS software and Connectwise. • Responsible for the scheduling of daily transportation needs with different carriers/couriers • Accountable for online shipping and tracking through carrier’s software. Completion of weighbills, bills of lading and international shipping documents. • Accountable to Track shipments and verify receipt of shipments as required. • Responsible for investigation and problem solving for cases of missing documents, shipments, and deliveries. • Accountable for Maintain filing of shipping and receiving documents. • Responsible for operation of a forklift and/or electric pallet jack in a safe manner to move goods. • Responsible for inventory analysis and stock management of service parts inventory including investigating discrepancies. • Accountable for the completion of cycle counts and year-end inventory counts in the warehouse. Including investigation of discrepancies. • Accountable for the management of warehouse space to ensure easy flow of incoming and outgoing goods. • Accountable to review inventory for obsolescence and coordinate write offs. • Responsible for return of goods to suppliers as required through RMA process. • Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for the warehousing, inventory, and distribution functions to provide service levels that meets or exceeds customer expectations at the lowest possible costs. • Supports a collaborative team environment. • Works closely with the entire Supply Chain Team - Logistics, Customer Service, Planning, Sales and Customers - to optimize results. QUALIFICATIONS Education (Preferred Education Only) • High school diploma or equivalent or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience. Experience/Knowledge (Preferred Experience/Knowledge Only) • 1-2 years of warehousing or logistics experience. Equipment/Machines Used • Power Lift/Fork Lift (certification required and provided) Specific Job Skills • Strong sense of urgency and accountability • Excellent written, oral, and telephone communication skills. • Average computer skills • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite • Direct knowledge of WHMIS and other safety systems is desired. Physical Activity/Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required. |
