Job Summary:
Responsible for analyzing, processing, and managing all warranty claims and related transit bus data submitted by properties, RPSMs, and company departments. Ensures timely processing of claims to maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, input, and process all warranty, retrofit, and acceptance claims.
- Enter bus delivery and acceptance information into Oracle EBS, including Previously Owned Coaches (POC).
- Provide customized reports and attend meetings to meet specific customer needs.
- Enter warranty coach down claims submitted outside the warranty system into Oracle Service Cloud (OSVC).
- Review warranty coverage to ensure correct policies and supplier coverage are applied.
- Address customer inquiries regarding warranty claims.
- Process claims from pending status to ensure proper queue flow.
- Review rejected claims logs, communicate claim rejections to customers, and coordinate parts returns.
- Support leadership by coordinating and analyzing data on specific parts or failures as requested.
- Maintain electronic and hardcopy files (customer labor rates, letters, claims) and data logs.
- Supply and maintain Parts Return Tags for customers.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage for other Claims Administrators during absences or high workloads.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
