Staffmax is aiding a client in the hire of inbound customer service reps to work in their billing department. Staff will have the opportunity to work from home until further notice (a change to covid restrictions). Equipment will be provided, but staff must have their own reliable at home internet connection.

This is a Monday to Friday, 6 month contract position with the possibility for renewal.

Shifts: 7am-3:30pm, 9am-5:30pm, 10am-6:30pm - must be able to work all

Duties:

  • Review and help customers understand their bill
  • Respond to any customer concerns or inquiries
  • Build and maintain rapport and work with customers to ensure all their invoices are paid and that their needs are being assessed and met
  • Provide excellent over the phone customer service

Requirements:

  • Fast-paced customer service experience required
  • Adepth math and problem solving skills required
  • Insurance industry experience an advantage
  • Experience with AVAYA TELEPHONY system an advantage
  • Ability to analyze complex billing and payment information
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask
  • Superior computer and typing skills
  • Organized, reliable, flexible, service oriented
  • Must be able to pass a criminal record check
