Yard Maintenance Lead

Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is working with our Heavy-Duty Equipment distributors to immediately hire an experienced Yard Maintenance Lead to join their Winnipeg, MB location.
 

Forklift driving experience is a must (will be internally recertified)
Heavy-duty equipment driving experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills, strong organizational skills required
Shipping & Receiving experience required.

Must be able to have a good relationship with team members.

Must be friendly, courteous, and problem solver

Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task

Experience with safely operating large heavy-duty equipment like tractors, (construction & farm), etc.

Experience withYard arrangement and organization

Leadership/supervisory experience is preferred.

Must be safety-conscious

Wage starts at $24.65

Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM

Great opportunity to advance to other departments including to a mechanic position, if desired.
