Staffmax is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a strong focus on logistics and purchasing to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values long-term growth, and enjoys working collaboratively to support both internal teams and external customers. 40-45k salary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via phone and email
  • Enter and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate shipments with vendors and freight carriers
  • Assist with purchasing and replenishment activities
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Provide status updates and shipping confirmations to customers
  • Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order or delivery issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service, logistics, or purchasing role
  • Familiarity with Sage 300 and Salesforce is a strong asset
  • Experience with inventory control processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to multitask
  • Team-oriented and dependable, with a desire for long-term employment and professional growth
